Thā Zaw̋ä Kēä was founded durring the early 15th century in winter of the year 1404, by Tshênkepí Brêg̈meg̈ Èbèleseg̈. The establishment of Thā Zaw̋ä Kēä was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Tshênkepí Brêg̈meg̈ Èbèleseg̈ electing to pay people to resettle in Thā Zaw̋ä Kēä.
Thā Zaw̋ä Kēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Thā Zaw̋ä Kēä is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Thā Zaw̋ä Kēä is buildings are located arround a single restrictive baked earthen mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. Thā Zaw̋ä Kēä's exceptionaly well made fortifications has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Right off the bat Thā Zaw̋ä Kēä hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Many of those buildings are schools, scriptoriums, and even one college. One can only wonder what knowledge the town has come into.
Civic Infrastructure

Cultural Notes
Thā Zaw̋ä Kēä's citizens locals enjoy many vices and lustful appetites. They may have religious sanction for their deeds, or neighbors might trade with them for such things, or they could be followers of some ideology that blesses such pursuits. Their economy or their social organization is usually heavily reliant on such traffic, and to ensure its continuance they may have made bargains with various mortal and immortal powers.
Thā Zaw̋ä Kēä's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.
